We are thrilled to have you here and hope you find our hotel a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

  • 1. Check-in/Check-out:  
      - Check-in time: 3:00 PM or later. Early check-in may be available upon request, depending on availability.  
      - Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.

    2. Cancellation Policy:  
      - Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.  
      - Non-Refundable Rate: Cancellations or modifications are not allowed, and no refund will be provided.  
      - Special Offers or Discounted Rates: Cancellation terms may vary. Please review the specific terms at the time of booking.

    3. Payment Methods:  
      - We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), debit cards, PayWave, Apple Pay, and cash.  
      - A valid credit card is required at check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.

    4. Pet Policy:  
      - Pets are not allowed on the property. Service animals are welcome, but must be accompanied by valid documentation.

    5. Smoking Policy:  
      - Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms and common areas.  
      - Designated smoking areas are available outdoors for your convenience.

    6. ID and Age Requirements:  
      - All guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in.  
      - The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

    7. Noise and Behavior:  
      - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.  
      - Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction from the hotel without refund. Please be considerate of your fellow guests.

    8. Damages and Liability:  
      - Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay.  
      - Any damages will be charged to the credit card on file, and may result in additional fees.

    9. Parking:  
      - On-site complimentary parking is available and is subject to availability.  
      - Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and the hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen vehicles or items.

    10. Additional Guests:  
       - The standard room rate covers up to two guests per room.  
       - Additional guests may be allowed for an extra charge, depending on room capacity. Please notify the front desk of any additional guests prior to your arrival.

Appliance Instructions:

  • OVEN AND STOVE

    Press the power button. Adjust using the dial/buttons. Place compatible cookware on the zone. Press the power button and remove cookware when cooled.

  • WASHING MACHINE

    Add detergent, load clothes, select the cycle, insert $2.00 coin and press start. Please do not overload the machine.

  • HEATING

    Adjust the thermostat in the corner of the wall heater to your desired comfort level. Please remember to turn it off when you leave the room.

Trash and Recycling

  • TRASH:

    Please place all trash in the bins located in the kitchen. Take out the trash to the outdoor bins by the carpark.
